This page summarizes my service activities during my time here at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I have served as a faculty senator representative for Assistant Professors, Professors of Practice, and Instructors in the College of Engineering, on numerous search committees for faculty hires, the committee for our currently-open Department Head search, and chaired the committee developing a robotics minor within the College of Engineering. My lab and I have also been honored to host numerous tours and demonstrations for groups ranging from elementary-school-age students to high school students considering attending UL Lafayette to economic development groups.
In addition, I am a regular reviewer of both conference and journal articles within the controls, robotics, and automation area. I have also regularly chaired conference sessions and organized or co-organized four invited conference sessions during my time at UL Lafayette. Finally, I have used my expertise to serve as an expert witness in a variety of cases.
